Matlack was a bulk transportation company serving the chemical industry with more
than 60 facilities in North America. We also had 20 rail transfer
sites and 25 cleaning locations ready to serve you.
Our company was custom built for the chemical industry. Chemicals
represented 99% of our business. Whether moving by truck, rail, or ship, we
had the facilities and equipment specifically designed for chemicals, and
employees with broad chemical and logistics expertise.
All of our facilities and logistics services were ISO 9002 certified.
Matlack was a Responsible Care Partner Company and we were committed to the
industry's initiative for responsible management of chemicals. Our record
of safety and environmental compliance allowed Matlack to carry $125 million of
liability insurance.
No other company served the chemical industry as well. Matlack, Inc. was
the transportation expert for handling your shipments wherever you needed us.
